No it’s not a new household glue. Dr Greger says that the meat industry uses a substance called “Meat Glue” to glue together smaller scraps of meat into a larger piece. Is this substance safe? The industry uses this on an estimated 8 million pounds of meat. It may increase the risk of e-coli and acts like gluten in our systems. Do we really need fake meat products to increase the revenues of the meat industry? Watch what you are eating. That great looking steak may be a bunch of scrap meat GLUED together!
