Thinking and Epigenetics

Negative vs. Positive Thinking

Choosing to be negative does affect our attitude and our health. As The Secret says, we get what we wish for or believe in. An old saying says: “Be careful of what you wish for; it may just happen!” Negative thinking beyond the initial grievance causes some epigenetic change that can affect our health in negative ways. It is like our brains are trying to give us what we want … more grief. We talk about the old adage “Do you see the glass as half empty or half full?” How do you see the glass of life?
