Plants are critical to human evolution and health. Dr Greger says. there are so many phytonutrients that improve human health that a diet without plants is destructive to our health. Blueberries, concord grape juice and strawberries have a positive effect on human memory. Older humans that have memory loss can improve it with berries. If you eat a lot of berries you are well on your way to improved health.

Dr Greger also says the whole berry is better than juice showing that the whole is better than the sum of the parts!
