Start today! Change your diet, stress levels, exercise, thinking and beliefs. Start eating better. Eat less animal protein (eggs, milk, meat, cheese, etc.) eat more vegetables, grains and fruits. Eat organic (yes it costs a little more but if your healthy you won’t be paying the doctor co-pays). Relax more, learn to meditate and get rid of some stress. Our way of life is stressful but you can relax and rid yourself of stress. Exercise more (even if it’s just walks around your office or home). Simple walking will lower stress and make you feel better. Start off today being positive about everything! Don’t allow yourself to go to the negative side (it’s evil). If you feel negative look for something positive and dwell on that. e all have a lot to be thankful for. Think about those things and not what is negative in our lives. If TV news and the newspapers are making you feel negative (most news is negative … it sells) stop watching or reading it. Read something positive. Hang out with positive people and avoid negative ones. Soon you will be much more positive and feel better. Believe in yourself and the fact that you can change your life and your health. Getting old is not something to fear. Getting sick is!

1)      ) Dr Greger  says Studies have shown women eating more broiled, grilled, fried, barbecued, and smoked meats have up to 5x the risk of developing breast cancer. Some studies say we can detoxify the toxins in meat by 99% but recent detailed studies show it is more like 50%. So are you willing to roll a 50/50 dice on cancer? What you eat is important. Beware of what you put in your mouth or on your skin.

Dr Greger says inflammatory bowel disease (crone’s or colitis) is most associated with protein from animal products. Eating animal protein (cheese, meats, milk and eggs) increases the chance of getting these diseases. Micro or nano particles like titanium dioxide (to color food white). We may be ingesting a million particles a day. A test was done and it was found that titanium dioxide may be a transport of other substances that cause inflammation. Meat and animal protein is associated with this and so many other diseses. Avoid it as much as possible and eat your veggies!

Stress can be as deadly as diet to your health. Web MD says it is not a reaction to an event but how you interpret that event. So it is in your head and therefore can be changed. Life throws a lot of different experiences at us. How we see these experiences may differ drastically from how others see them. We may view an experience as fun while someone else feels stressed over it. Learn to control how you interpret life and lessen your stress.
