Jack lalanne dies at age 96. He was the first to study the effects of diet and exercise on health in Hollywood in 1921. Doctors said, in that time, lifting weights would cause heart attack. Jack heard a lecture by pioneering nutritionist Paul Bragg, who advocated the benefits of brown rice, whole wheat and a vegetarian diet. He never lost his enthusiasm for diet and exercise. He was healthy, strong and fit until he died. There is no doubt that Jack’s epigenetics were well balanced. He was a vegetarian but ate some fish.
