Men with prostate cancer that recurs, have a commonality. They eat eggs and Chicken. They even believe they are eating healthy because they are eating chicken instead of beef. Dr. Greger says that these foods have Choline which increases our risks of cancer. The egg industry knows this is true but hides the data and even promotes choline as a good reason to eat eggs. We are living in very strange times when a company for profit can lie about research and cause the death of more people than a war does. Not just death but suffering for the individual and the family and friends around that person.

Harvard did this research and found men that ate less than 1 egg a day had a 2 times increase in the chance of prostate cancer than men who did not eat eggs. Eating chicken was even worse at a 4 times the risk. Do these foods give us enough pleasure to risk premature death? We are like robots when it comes to advertisements on TV. They tell us things to help sell a product and if they cause death, so be it. Be smart and think about commercials you watch on TV.

We are also sold that cancer is generic! That is total BULL! We know from this BLOG that genes that from cancer are in all of us. Those genes must get turned ON to cause cancer and Tumor fighting genes must get turned OFF! This happens via epigenetic. It is caused by the food we eat, how we think and what we believe. You can control most of the diseases that afflict Americans. Don’t give up because your mom had it or your dad.


Fish Oil Pills may increase Prostate Cancer Risk

The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) says that fish oil found in fish oil pills may increase the risk of men’s prostate cancer. This was a large study done by the Journal of the National Cancer Institute. This is a good example of how we humans try to build pills that provide a benefit like Omega 3 but the pill is totally different from the natural vitamin. My advice is get your vitamins from nature, it has a lot more experience providing what we need than man does.

The physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) says dairy products can lead to prostate cancer. A new study done by The Journal of Nutrition says those consuming more than 2.5 servings a day increase their risk of prostate cancer by 12%. Dairy is a form of animal protein. We have spoken about how animal protein can cause all sorts of diseases. Plant protein is safe and protects us from many diseases. Remember The China Study by Dr T. Colin Campbell? His book said eating more than 10% of your daily calories as animal protein leads to cancer! Think of what many Americans eat that are animal protein: eggs, butter, bacon, sausage, ham, lunch meat, cheese, dinner meats, cheesy sauces, desserts with butter, milk and cheese. The typical American consumes way more than 10% of their daily calories in animal protein. What are you eating today?

Yahoo Health says the following plant-based foods are healthy for what they contain:
a. Purple Potatoes – Lowers High Blood Pressure
b. Lychees & Strawberries – Contains disease-preventing polyphenols
c. Guava – More fiber, vitamin C, potassium, folate, iron, calcium, and antioxidant-packed pigments called carotenoids–in each serving than apples, bananas, and grapes to be the number one fruit.
d. Bok Choy – Contains antioxidants that may reduce the risk of certain cancers, including prostate cancer
e. Asian Pear – 10g fiber that will help reduce weight, satisfy hunger and lower blood sugar levels

Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) in Washington, DC states that eating 2.5 eggs a week increases prostate cancer by 81% compared to men that consume less than ½ egg per week. The study was on 27,607 men. They also said for men with prostate cancer, eating poultry and processed red meat increased the risk of death. We have discussed this group before. They seem to be aware of the failure of our healthcare system and want to do something about it.

Living Well Magazine. September 2011, ran an article on page 8 from WebMD that said “Prostate cancer occurs about 60% more often in African American men than in white American men, although rates for African men living in their own countries are much lower.” This would suggest an environmental cause. We know diets changer as people migrate to America as does the waistline and poor health. The finding went on to say “The disease is much more common in countries where meat and dairy products is a dietary staple”. If you are a big meat eater and don’t eat many vegetables, you may be in the express lane for a serious disease like Prostate Cancer!
