I have used the piano analogy before but it’s a great one to demonstrate a point. We all have pretty much the same hardware (the Piano) but we the software (how we play the piano) differs greatly. Even in identical twins where the hardware is identical, the played songs are very different. One twin can get cancer while the other is cancer free for life. The most important work of this century will be helping people really understand how food (nutrients) affects (plays) our genes (piano). I am convinced our health is the sum total of all the notes we have played in life. We can change how we play the piano and improve our lives but some basic influences will stick with us. Health is like a sweet sounding piece of music. We all want it! Few of us get it because we never learn how to play the piano properly so all we do is make noise. Do you play music or make noise?
