We all have good bacteria in our gut. It helps digest what we eat and keep us healthy. In fact we can not live without these microbes. Eating the wrong foods can kill off this good bacteria with a strain of bad bacteria. This link takes you to a great BLOG on this subject. Don’t miss the cartoon at the end of the BLOG! It states to medical students that, “Preventative medicine kills return business.” Eating animal based proteins (meat, cheese, eggs and milk) will increase the bad bacteria and thus lessen the good ones.

We are very complex creatures. Our systems have a delicate balance that when upset can cause diseases. This system was developed over millions of years as we evolved. What we mostly ate during that time was plant-based foods. These foods were evolving as well. They provided us with the missing nutrients we needed to exist. In our modern society, many people exist without many lang-based foods at all. This is why we are so sick as a society. If it continues no government program will work. It will simply break and millions of people will suffer with their diseases. Our current system works because fewer people are sick than healthy but that is changing rapidly.

English: The gastrointestinal tract, also called the digestive tract, alimentary canal, or gut, is the system of organs within multicellular animals that takes in food, digests it to extract energy and nutrients, and expels the remaining waste. (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

Microorganisms in our gastrointestinal tract can alter how nutrients are absorbed and effect weight. So it’s not just the food we put into our guts but the bacteria that comes with the foods and that lives in our guts that can cause weight problems. What we eat affects us in many ways!

Here we are in the third of a series on bacteria that can change our cells and may cause diseases. The first BLOG in this series we looked at Bill Gates and his genetic engineering of milk to modify (hopefully improve) our immune system. In the second BLOG of the series we looked at gut bacteria causing bowl diseases. In this BLOG we see it may also be a cause in colitis. This is caused by concentrated milk fats found in many processed foods and confectionaries. Watch your milk and your sugars. Your diet will determine how active you are in old age.

Are you getting Alien Bacteria in your gut?

A new study documented on NutricianFacts.org says that bacteria that causes inflammation and hardening of our arteries is coming from the animal based food we eat and not from our guts as previously thought. These endotoxins are very dangerous and are found in many foods we eat in a western diet that includes animal proteins (meat, eggs, milk and cheese). This is a must see video on this health problem. REMEMBER: You are what you eat!
