My good friend and ex business partner David sent me this article from CBS News. Dr. William Davis, a cardiologist, published a book called “perfect, chronic poison.” According to this book our government had US farmers switch their wheat crops to a new genetically engineered wheat back in the 60’s and 70’s. This new wheat produces more wheat per acre than the original natural wheat did. It also has a new protein, gliadin, that stimulates our brains to eat more. This protein may be making us fat. Dr Davis also says over 90% of the grains we eat are wheat. To avoid this eat more natural foods.

Here we are in the third of a series on bacteria that can change our cells and may cause diseases. The first BLOG in this series we looked at Bill Gates and his genetic engineering of milk to modify (hopefully improve) our immune system. In the second BLOG of the series we looked at gut bacteria causing bowl diseases. In this BLOG we see it may also be a cause in colitis. This is caused by concentrated milk fats found in many processed foods and confectionaries. Watch your milk and your sugars. Your diet will determine how active you are in old age.

This time it’s our Immune System – We have spoken a lot about the difficulties of genetically engineering our bodies in this BLOG. Looking at the cell and its programming through epigenetics, we can see how complex a system it is. I always cringe when someone says we should genetically engineer anything. The complexity goes well beyond our current scientific understanding. Bill Gates is genetically engineering milk to change the bacteria in out guts. This in turn will reprogram our immune system. Bill is a genius in computer programming but does he really understand what he is getting into here?
