The physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) says dairy products can lead to prostate cancer. A new study done by The Journal of Nutrition says those consuming more than 2.5 servings a day increase their risk of prostate cancer by 12%. Dairy is a form of animal protein. We have spoken about how animal protein can cause all sorts of diseases. Plant protein is safe and protects us from many diseases. Remember The China Study by Dr T. Colin Campbell? His book said eating more than 10% of your daily calories as animal protein leads to cancer! Think of what many Americans eat that are animal protein: eggs, butter, bacon, sausage, ham, lunch meat, cheese, dinner meats, cheesy sauces, desserts with butter, milk and cheese. A new movement is taking off to help reduce the amount of meat and animal fats in our diets. Dr. Bob Lawrence, director of the Center for a Livable Future at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health says he is not pushing America to become vegetarians but cutting back on meat and animal products will help reduce heart disease and certain cancers. Dr Lawrence admits in public at a party he will eat some meat if served but at home he eats fish and pasta with non cream based sauces. This article shows how America’s meat consumption is on the rise as is heart disease and cancer. The China Study by T. Colin Campbell sets the amount of animal protein at 10%. Above that heart disease and cancer sets in.
Bill Clinton lost 24 pounds from switching to a vegan diet but he did it for different reasons. After heart surgery, he realized he was still storing cholesterol in his veins blocking them. He did not want to have another heart operation so he did extensive research on what causes cholesterol and how to avoid it. He realized that 82% of people on a vegan diet begin to heal themselves. He references Dean Ornish’s book as well as The China Study.

How do vegetarians get their proteins? Can we eat our way to health? Are there dangerous foods we eat? These and other facts are discussed by Dr Colin Campbell who wrote the China Study book. He actually found that eating animal based products will turn on cancer cells and eliminating it from our diets will cure that cancer. We are brained washed into thinking we need lots of protein and protein is synonymous with animal based foods. This is false! EVERY LIVING CELL IS MADE OF PROTEIN! Plant based foods have protein. Ask yourself where a cow gets its protein? It is a vegetarian!
If you read the China Study or The Spectrum you will see more proof on the bad effects of animal protein on our health. Let’s summarize this video: a) we are more like herbivores than carnivores. Our teeth, our stomach acids and the length of our colon are all set to digest mostly vegetables not meats. B) Meats are toxic to our long colons and can cause cancer. Animal protein contains too much fat and cholesterol for the makeup of our bodies. This causes heart problems. C) Vegetables contain properties that can prevent or cure many modern-day illnesses. I would strongly recommend seriously cutting back on animal protein (butter, milk, meat and eggs) and increase the amount of vegetables in your diet. Eat a variety of vegetables. Try new ones. Eat more raw foods (fruits, vegetables and nuts or seeds). If you are diagnosed with a chronic illness, get more serious and switch to a vegan diet. It has more power to save you than any surgery or radiation will. Be smart and prevent illnesses. The power is in your hands and ONLY your hands. Use it wisely.
