I talk about this video a lot but it is the most important video you can watch. It may save your life or that of a family member. Watch it! Dr Greger talks about the largest health study done on a vegan diet by CDC. This video shows that statistics proves a vegan diet can help you stay health and avoid the top killer diseases of Americans. If you have a chronic illness, it can help cure it and restore your health.

Just like your car, if you keep putting the wrong fuel into your car, it will fail you. Our bodies are no different. Make sure your fuel is the best for your health. Don’t be sold by TV commercials. Don’t believe drugs will save you, THEY WON’T.

The Video tab on my BLOG has videos of all the most important topics I have BLOGged on. The first three are very important for your health:

  1. Dr Greger reporting on American Dietetic Association. This is a study of 13,000 people showing the very real benefits of a plant-based diet.
  2. Dr Gregor talking about the largest diet study ever done in US by CDC showing a vegan diet is more healthy!
  3. Professor T. Colin Campbell PhD. author of The China Study has another interesting video. The Celebrated Cornell University professor T. Colin Campbell PhD, presents the overwhelming evidence showing that animal protein is one of the most potent carcinogens people are exposed to. Dr. Campbell wrote the China Study.

On my BLOG, under the video tab, is a series of videos that should be viewed. The first one from Dr. Greger is on a study done by the CDC that shows vegans get few chronic illnesses and if you have a serious illness, becoming vegan can reverse it. This video shows a list of the top illnesses that affect and kill Americans. All but one, accidents, are vastly improved by being vegan. Don’t underestimate the power of the vegetable!

Watch out some shots contain thimerosal, a mercury containing preservative says Russ Curran. Flu shots are a gamble at best. They work if the correct strains were produced in the vaccine. The flu going around now that has bronchitis associated with it seems to be hitting both those that take a shot as well as those that did not. I am leery of drugs for everything! A strong vegetarian or even better vegan diet fights all types of flu. When I get sick it is medley and only for a short time.

After World War II Finland started eating a diet heavy in meat and cheese. Their chronic illnesses increased to the highest in the world, even above us in the US. Yesterday I talked about Dr Gregor’s video on CDC study. At the end of the video he summarizes by talking about Finland. Their government actually Paid farmers to be berry farmers instead of dairy farmers. They setup friendly village contests to lower cholesterol levels and weight. Their chronic illness levels drop drastically! Heart Disease dropped 80%! This was by reducing meat consumption. They did not all become vegans but they did reduce animal protein. Tomorrow we will talk about the toxic properties of animal protein. Here is Dr Gregor’s video again.
