a. Purple Potatoes – Lowers High Blood Pressure
b. Lychees & Strawberries – Contains disease-preventing polyphenols
c. Guava – More fiber, vitamin C, potassium, folate, iron, calcium, and antioxidant-packed pigments called carotenoids–in each serving than apples, bananas, and grapes to be the number one fruit.
d. Bok Choy – Contains antioxidants that may reduce the risk of certain cancers, including prostate cancer
e. Asian Pear – 10g fiber that will help reduce weight, satisfy hunger and lower blood sugar levels
