Today we are back with Dr. Greger looking at BPH (benign prostatic hypertrophy or enlarged prostate). A plant based diet, once again reduce the growth rate of the prostate and keeps you healthy. In fact when they take the blood of healthy plant based eaters and drip it on the blood of normal eaters, the growth decreases. It seems plants give us powerful tools with dealing with diseases.
