A new study published by Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) says low fat milk does not prevent obesity in children. Milk is not good for anyone (see my BLOGs on milk) but people love to think low fat, low sugar, low everything is better for us. We can just eat a ton of it and it will somehow be OK. The so called diet sodas have not stopped obesity in this country or diabetes. Low fat milk won’t either. These are marketing labels to get your dollars and make you believe in false promises. BEWARE!
