That is a myth! Even Weight Watchers have put fruit on all you want to eat list. The difference is fruit has sugar trapped in fiber. As you eat it the fiber must be broke down releasing the sugar. This is like a sugar time capsule. You don’t spike your sugar levels like candy, cake and pure sugar do.
