Do you find yourself eating more sweets during the holidays? It’s hard to keep your sweet tooth away from holiday treats. They seem to be everywhere. Neighbors have them out, family has them out, even stores have them out. The problem is in January when you want to get back to normal and lose a few pounds gained over the holidays, it is hard. We get addicted to the sweets and long after the holidays they are affecting us. Enjoy the holidays and family and friends but try to limit the amount of sweets consumed.
