FitLife.tv says there are ten things we can do to help improve our brain function and keep it fit:
- Exercise your body
- Exercise your mind
- Eat Health (no saturated fats, white bleached flour or sugars) This BLOG would also recommend minimizing oe illuminating animal protein. They also recommend eating lots of colorful fruits and vegetables.
- Manage or avoid stress
- Sleep more
- Eat plants that give you antioxidants
- Eat omega-3 fatty acids
- Interact with other people be social
- Stay away from unhealthy habits like smoking
- If you drink do it in moderation
