We all make New Years resolutions and most are forgotten by this time in January. It’s time to take your health seriously and into your own hands. Start exercising if you aren’t already. It doesn’t have to be strenuous. Walking is a great exercise. If it’s too cold out, join a gym and walk. Next change your diet. If you are a vegan, congratulations your are there! If you are vegetarian but not vegan start to move more toward a vegan diet. If you eat meat, eat less of it. Start by finding a veggie burger you like and substitute it for a hamburger. Dress it up with onions, avocado, mushrooms, lettuce and tomato. Try vegetables stir fries for dinner. Eat more fruit and vegetables, they are here to make us healthy! Eat less boxed, canned and frozen processed junk. If you cook it, it should come from the ground (nature). By organic and support the slow cooking movement. You will keep our planet more green and your body healthier. Let me know what you are cooking. What new things you are trying and enjoying. Bon Appetit!
