Fructose is basically meat & sugar. This leads to higher blood pressure and higher risk of gout, diabetes and heart disease. Dr Greger talks about this in a new video. We went from 4 labs of added sugars per year to 100 lbs. Is there any doubt we are making ourselves sick?

Meat? Surely you mean ‘fruit’?

No it is MEAT not fruit. Watch the referenced video from Dr Greger. Fruit, as we have discussed often in this BLOG, is not bad for diabetes because the sugar is LOCKED up in the fiber and is released slowly into the body. Sweets like candy, cake, ice cream, etc have a RUSH of sugar into the body which is harmful.
