Here we are in the third of a series on bacteria that can change our cells and may cause diseases. The first BLOG in this series we looked at Bill Gates and his genetic engineering of milk to modify (hopefully improve) our immune system. In the second BLOG of the series we looked at gut bacteria causing bowl diseases. In this BLOG we see it may also be a cause in colitis. This is caused by concentrated milk fats found in many processed foods and confectionaries. Watch your milk and your sugars. Your diet will determine how active you are in old age.
