Or vegetable for that matter. I love all kinds of fruit and vegetables. Fruit is sweet and juicy and raises our blood sugar slowly not quickly like cakes and candy or cereals. It is the perfect way to start a day off. I try to eat a variety of fruits. Different colors and different tastes are a great experience. Vegetables I like “al dente”, slightly crispy. Vegetables also taste good raw or slightly cooked. Don’t overcook them! That will take out all the nutrients and make them feel soft and soggy in our mouths. Buy organic and enjoy good food. It will keep you strong and healthy.
