Fruits and vegetablesVegetables provide essential nutrients and fiber for life. Vegetarians and Vegans get plenty from their foods. Meat eaters rely on the vegetables the animal, you are eating, ate in its life. Eating carnivore animals gives fewer nutrients than eating herbivores. You do get some essential nutrients through meat but not enough. You really need to be eating plenty of vegetables. The second problem is our meat sources don’t feed animal’s natural vegetables but have mixes of grains and chemicals. The overall affect is Americans are getting fewer and fewer plant-based nutrients essential for good health and life. The result is we are getting sicker and sicker as a nation. We have the power to change this, just start eating more organic vegetables and watch how much better you feel.
