The National Institute of Health says Alzheimer’s Disease (AD) is caused by epigenetics and stress. They also say it may start early in life but not show up until old age. If this is true, you must ask yourself, “What epigenetic processes are going on in my body now that shouldn’t be?” Are you doing everything you can to lower the risk of disease?
a) Eat a healthy diet & eliminate or lower the consumption of animal protein
b) Lower the stress in your life
c) Exercise each day with stretching and walking
d) Think positive act like a placebo not a Nocebo
