As a new-born baby first opens its eyes, the light cause’s epigenetic changes that allow our eyes to start seeing. Light, like other environmental conditions triggers switches that change our bodies. Our environment is communicating with us. How many environmental factors affect us on a daily basis? Will we ever really understand these effects? It reminds me of a video game. We are finding our way through the maze of life and things are happening all around us. Some causes small changes in us, others can kill us. This means making it through life healthy, happy and sound means interacting with our environment in a good way.
