Is epigenetics going to soon be a household term? Some say it’s too complex for most people. I disagree! The main reason I wrote the book “Food for Thought, an Epigenetic Guide to Wellness” was to help the average person on the street. Like DNA, epigenetics will be better understood as time goes by. There are already shows like NOVA talking about it and books and magazine articles on it. Twitter has an epigenetic and nutrigenomic group that has lively discussions. Just like DNA opened up new avenues of thought for the public, epigenetics will open up even more.
