The Healthy Cooking Coach says making vegetables look and taste great is easy. Try cooking via the Japanese method called Ohitashi. This method uses a pot of salted rapidly boiling water to quickly cook the vegetables (blanch). Then run them under cold water to stop the cooking. Finally pat dry them and serve them with a dip or dressing. Who says you can’t love the look of your veggies and enjoy their taste? Eating and enjoying vegetables is all about how they look and taste. Try different methods but stay away from fried, breaded, heavily salted, etc.
