The Happiness Project is a book written b y Gretchen Rubin. She took a one year period and did monthly tasks that would make her feel happier. Not all these tasks are obvious. She describes it as “Why I spent a year trying to sing in the morning, clean my closets, fight right, read Aristotle and generally have more fun”. We know from epigenetics that stress and feeling can trigger negative epigenetics in our cells. Being happy triggers positive reactions. This is a great book to evaluate your state of happiness and what you can do to be happier. Show your epigenetics who’s in charge.
